I heard it when you left,
it was there in the awkward shuffle of shoes
against scuffed vinyl tiles,
we tried to hide it behind the drone of the rosary,
but it was there, waiting, at the end

Finding Home is a journey through uncertainty, love, fatherhood, grief, disillusionment and acceptance.
Composed across two decades, in places as diverse as wakes, commuter buses and a small lakeside pier in Killarney National Park, the poetry contained in this collection follows the author as they struggle to find their place in the world; geographically, socially and spiritually.
